We provide custom automation, AI chatbots, and web development services. Scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly agreed upon in writing or via our communication channels (WhatsApp/Email) before the project begins.
Clients are expected to provide necessary access (API keys, credentials, hosting details) required for project completion. Delays in providing these may result in extended project timelines.
A standard 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and your final approval, unless agreed otherwise. We accept payments via Payoneer, USDT, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.
Upon full payment, the client owns the full rights to the delivered custom code. However, we retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

We collect essential information (Name, Email, WhatsApp number, Project Details) when you fill out our contact forms or interact with our AI Chatbot to process your inquiry effectively.
Your data is used strictly for communication, project management, and delivering our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your credentials and sensitive API keys shared during development are kept highly secure and are deleted from our local systems post-deployment.

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of software development, our refund policy is as follows:
If you request a cancellation before any actual coding or development work has commenced, a full refund of the upfront deposit will be issued.
If you decide to cancel the project while it is in progress, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work already completed. We will retain payment for the hours already logged and refund the rest.
Once the project is fully delivered, installed on your server, and approved by you, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide a standard 14-day bug-fixing warranty after delivery to ensure everything works exactly as promised.
